Rahim Nohesi was born in 1330 in the city of Khoy in the province of West Azerbaijan. He spent his childhood and education in Khoy and then in Tehran with his twin brother Karim Nohesi.At the age of seven, seeing a drawing of his sister’s face, he discovered the first sparks of interest in the world of painting and color.
At the beginning, he tried to cultivate his talent for a short time with Professor Houshang Sadeghpour, and then he was trained by Professor Muslim Alek Kazarian, and to complete his art, he went to Austria and made his name as one of the most prominent and talented students of the Academy. Introduced the fine arts of Vienna.
Master Rahim Nohesi’s painting technique is often compared to that of great artists such as Richard Schmidt-Karplan and Garmash.
He returned to Iran after twelve years, despite numerous offers from universities and art centers abroad.
