Animals Art Contest
Grey Cube Gallery proudly presents the third Animals online art contest for the month of March 2022. Contest is open to all artists worldwide over 18 years of age. ‘Unique by Nature’ Juried Art Competition & Exhibition
The City of McKinney, Texas announces a call to artists for a juried art exhibition, April 2-23 at the McKinney Performing Arts Center. One large-scale work will be awarded a $6,000 purchase prize. An additional $2,500 in prize money will be divided among five works of art chosen by the judges, J Patrick Cooney & Karl Buchberg. Open to professional and emerging artists who are legal residents of the United States and at some point have been residents of Texas. All two- and three-dimensional media are allowed. The large-scale work must be 36″ or more in one dimension (not including the frame). No 3D work will be considered for the Purchase Prize. $28 entry fee.

Artists are invited to submit entries for the 14th Annual Watermedia Showcase. $2,500+ in awards. Entries must be created primarily with water-based media (watercolor, acrylic, casein, gouache or egg tempera) on a surface created for watermedia (paper; illustration board; paper-mounted board; watercolor canvas; or clay-coated surfaces, such as Claybord and Aquabord).
